
whole Roasted Suckling Piglet as a second dish [I've missed out taking pictures of the 1st dish - the Four Seasons . wasn't that good either, so as this piglet as I heard . because I had nothing to do with this piglet . didn't touch . didn't eat ]

3rd dish - Hong Kong Kailan with mushrooms & whatever the name of the shell is, with oyster sauce . the mushroom & Hong Kong kailan was really fresh, couldn't be any better but everyone knows the shell is from the can . so I didnt like it but the kailan was crunchy nice!

A combination of Roasted Duck & Deep Fried Chicken . I have no idea what both sauces are because it tasted good enough alone . but the duck was pretty tough

this . THIS I gotta say was beyond heaven . Chinese food heaven! hahaha . I have no idea where those words came from but this is way beyond good . they used smaller prawns, which could be better if bigger but the secret was the taste not the size and texture of the prawns . it has this buttery salted egg & spicy taste that I have not tasted anywhere else before . Its really really good and there was more than enough for me to savour
